We don't chill filter. Chill filtration drops whiskey below freezing and strips out the fatty acids and esters that carry aroma and texture — it makes a bottle look consistently clear on a shelf and costs you flavor to do it. We'd rather you have the flavor. Because of that, you may occasionally see a light cloudiness or a wisp of sediment, usually after the bottle has been somewhere cold. It's harmless, it's the whiskey being whole, and it clears with a gentle shake or by letting the bottle come back to room temperature.
