Bird Creek Fall Release: October 15th, 2026
Great whiskey takes time. Our Distiller's Reserve has continued to develop in barrel, and we've chosen to give it a little longer before bottling. The result is a whiskey that better reflects the balance, character, and depth we're looking for.
Join us as we unveil our newest specialty release, a staff-crafted blend inspired by our Summit blending process and finished with Oloroso sherry staves. Built from carefully selected barrels and refined through months of maturation, this limited release showcases another chapter in our exploration of barley and oak. This release explores and richer and more layered flavor profile with notes of dried fruit, oak, baking spice, and dark sweetness.
Guests will enjoy guided tastings, early access to bottles, and the opportunity to learn about to inspiration behind this year's Distiller's Reserve.
Distiller's Reserve represents a direction we believe could become a future flagship specialty release for Bird Creek Whiskey.
