Summer Release: 8.5yr Full Pint whiskey finished with cognac staves

Join us at the Bird Creek Tasting Room for the release of our oldest whiskey to date. This 8.5 year Full Pint whiskey marks Bird Creek's first Old World cask finish, bringing together the structured grain character of Full Pint barley with the layered fruit and oak influence of cognac barrels. Limited to 50 members.

Fall Release: Distiller's Reserve

Join us at the Bird Creek Tasting Room for the release of our Distiller's Reserve, a staff-created blend inspired by the creativity and structure of our Summit blending process. Built from select barrels and finished with Oloroso sherry staves, this release explores and richer and more layered flavor profile with notes of dried fruit, oak, baking spice, and dark sweetness. Limited to 50 members.
