Chill filtration drops whiskey below freezing and strips out the fatty acids and esters that carry aroma and texture — it makes a bottle look consistently clear on a shelf and costs you flavor to do it. We'd rather you have the flavor. Because of that, you may occasionally see a light cloudiness or a wisp of sediment, usually after the bottle has been somewhere cold. It's harmless, it's the whiskey being whole, and it clears with a gentle shake or by letting the bottle come back to room temperature.

Shipping & Pickup

In Oregon: We ship directly to Oregon addresses, or you can order online and pick up at our Portland tasting room (815 SE Oak St, Tuesday–Saturday, 12–5pm).

Outside Oregon: We can’t ship beyond Oregon ourselves, but you have two options.
