Notes:

Nose - Subtle at first, the nose gradually reveals elegant aromas of freshly grated nutmeg, vanilla pastry cream, ripe pears, and oak spice. 

Palate - Spicy and bright with flavors of citrus, anise, nutmeg, vanilla bean, cinnamon and lemon zest riding on a broad-shouldered foundation of rich, chewy malt. The long, bright finish dances between tart citrus, hibiscus, rich walnuts and grassy cinnamon spice.
